JTC has published scientific articles in peer-reviewed international journals with international scientists as co-authors. These researchers are from various countries such as India, Italy, China, the US, Slovenia, Libya, Hungary, Tunisia, and Egypt.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video autoplay controls loop poster=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/juvatruf.fi\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2021\/03\/Graphical-representation.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-background-color has-text-color has-background has-medium-font-size\">The research work of Juva Truffle Center also includes <em>in vitro <\/em>growth studies of edible mushrooms such as <em>Cantharellus cibarius<\/em> and <em>Craterellus tubaeformis<\/em>.&nbsp;Our researchers are also currently taking interest in assessing the bioactive composition of these fungi as well as
